You need to get Xanga premium to use the skins on your site. You can preview what a skin will look like on your site (and design your own for it) without paying, but to actually use it, you need to pay.
Why? Because that’s what Xanga premium is – premium features for a moderate price. Pay if you want them, not if you don’t. There’s no way to “get around” this.
